Community impact

Built by neighbors, for neighbors — for nearly five decades.

Without a YMCA or municipal community center, the Four Valleys depend on each other. FVCS is the connective tissue: gym, art studio, ski club, after-school home, and gathering place all in one.

Why FVCS matters

We are the community center this region never had.

Volunteer-powered

Hundreds of locals teach, coach, and organize — making programs affordable and deeply personal.

Truly all ages

From toddler music to senior fitness, every person in the valleys has a place here.

Rooted in place

Programs lean on what makes the Four Valleys special: trails, snow, salmon streams, and each other.

Sliding-scale access

Scholarships, sliding scales, and gear lending mean cost is never a barrier to belonging.

Recent highlights

Audiences of all ages, actively engaged.

Give back

Keep programs going — and growing.

Every dollar funds scholarships, instructors, and gear that keeps kids and adults in the valleys learning and connected.
