How to Sell Gear (Consignment)
Step 1: Register Online
Register as a seller and sign the agreement using our My Consignment Manager portal. Returning sellers can log in with their existing account.
Step 2: Enter Items
Enter your gear into the system. Describe items clearly (e.g., "K2 180cm Skis" not just "Skis"). Set prices competitively.
Step 3: Print Labels
Print labels on cardstock paper. DO NOT edit items in the system after printing tags, or the barcodes won't match.
Step 4: Attach Tags
Attach tags securely with string or clear packing tape. Do not tape over barcodes! Items missing tags cannot be sold.
Step 5: Drop Off
Bring your tagged items during the designated drop-off window. We will inspect items for quality before accepting them.
Step 6: Pick Up & Get Paid
Pick up unsold gear promptly at 4 PM. Unclaimed gear is donated. FVCS retains 25% of all sales; checks are mailed the following week.
